Transaction Confirmation:

You should not take any action based on information on the Website until you have received a confirmation of your transaction. In case of confirmations to be received by email, if you do not receive a confirmation of your purchase/transaction within the stipulated time period, first look into your “spam” or “junk” folder to verify that it has not been misdirected, and if still not found, please contact our call centre.

Delivery of Products/Services

No e-ticket is necessary for journey.

A booking confirmation will be sent to the email address provided by you at the time of booking. Clicking confirm button for confirming your journey. Please note down your BOOKING ID. It will be ask by our operator in time of journey. If you not received any email after booking, please contact call our Customer care representative.

Cancellation and Refund:

In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed by call or you can cancel your tour in your booking history section, one day before your journey. Cancellation charges depending on your package. I will be FREE or nominal fees.

In regard to refund of unused / unutilized services (which are paid for and cancelled in advance) the refund amount would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy as described above and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us. Please note that the refund process may take 2 – 4 weeks due to banking procedures. If the refund is made to the credit card account OR to Bank account, the bank charges would be debited from the refund amount.

Offer Codes:

GoTara.in generates offer codes from time to time which may be availed on the site as a discount coupon.

Gotara.in reserves the right to add, alter, modify, withdraw all or any of the Terms and Conditions or replace, wholly or in part, the program by any other program, whether similar to this program or not or withdraw it altogether without any prior notice.

In case of dispute with any party, Gotara.in’s decision will be binding and final.
